Manor School held their annual Terry Fox Run on September 27th. The students were challenged to raise $350 for their homeroom to help reach the goal of $1400. The K-3 and the 4-6 homerooms all met their goal and received a pizza party topped off with sundaes. Mrs. Weir kicked off the Run with some inspiring words. Ms. Cundall led the school through their pre-run stretches and with three cheers the runners were off. Upon completion of the Run the participants received ice treats and juice boxes supplied by the SRC. We surpassed our goal and raised $ 2017.00. We look forward to next year as we continue to keep Terry's dream alive.
